Looking at an 83 FJ60... need advice

so i have wanted an FJ60 for a long time, and there is one up for sale that i am going to look at saturday. What should i be prepared to offer for it, depending on the shape its in? anything i should look out for particular to these trucks? any advice is appreciated..

search on craigslist for similar landcruisers in your area...

I don't like to suggest looking at other boards for info... but Landcruisers are a special case.

That entire forum is Landcruiser crazy.... in a good way. Lot's of tips on what to look for and what years are better than others.

I have been doing some 60 research myself and have found a lot of info there.
