Jay cruiser

Hi I have a 94 cruiser, it died on me on the freeway, complete shutdown. It would crank but no start, towed it home checked fuses found a blown efi fuse replaced it and the cruiser started up but had a really low idle 400. I checked fuel pressure and have 40 when running 48 without vacuum 33 when I turn car off and let it sit for 10 min. I sprayed the intake with starter fluid and the car dies. I rev the engine up and it seems too run great not sputter. I don't think it's a fuel problem. I checked for codes there aren't any. What do u think my next step would be? Thank u
