95.5 white land cruiser - clock ticking sound

Not a normal forum user, but you all sound like you know what your doing

I have a 95.5 white land cruiser, one owner, that has just started making a "heartbeat" type sound....sounds like it is coming out of the glove box-
also....It has 147K miles on it...I have not seen a land cruiser in the paper for over a year...is this something people are looking for, or do they just keep them...like me!
Thanks!

Most people keep them forever. I love mine. I have had four LCs, I think. I don't know what to tell you about the sound. Take it a mechanic? Its hard to diagnose over the internet. It could be all kinds of things. When does it do it?

Usually the fan for your air is behind the glove box, I would bet, there is a piece of paper or something stuck in the fan. Pull out the glove box and see what's behind it!
