80 series startup issue

This problem only occurs in the morning. Once I start the vehicle (96 landcruiser) it ramps to warmup RPM and then after about 15 to 20 seconds the engine will start missing and bucking. After a few minutes the problem will go away and it will run fine for the rest of the day. Any cold starts for the rest of the day will not cause this problem.

My suspect is the MAF air temp sensor but I am open to suggestions for checking various issues. Thank you!

update:

We tried OBD reader and could not find any DTC's
