Arrow Toyota Rear Full Floating Axle Flanges!

I held off making these items for a year because another vender made them and promised me a fair price when I needed them.

When I needed them his fair price turned out to be about 6 times what they cost to make. It seems he just wanted me out of the market for a year. Well, I guess he got what he wanted but I don't believe in false promises.

So here are the flanges that can turn your rear axle into a Full Floater and they are from Ruffstuff!

This is a weld on Axle Flange to mount Front Toyota Mini, Fj40, or FJ60 spindles to the rear axle. The caliper bosses are made to use the IFS Truck ('86-'95) calipers and FJ40 or FJ60 rotors.

These are 1" thick and made from 44W Plate & cutout for the 3.5" axle tube used in our Axle Housings. We will release a 3.25" & 3" version in a couple of weeks. These are $195 a pair, not the $300 price I was quoted from the other vender originally...

Any chance of seeing this assembled?
Curious about track width increase?
Any plans to make this kit for the T100 axle?
Does it just use the stock axles?
Just interested in seeing the assembly process.
Looks to be exactly what Toyota's need, nice work!

Which axle shafts will work with these?
I'm figuring the stock front long side axle shafts or custom lengths?

I will take some pics of one together tommorrow.

You decide the width, just cut off more or less. It uses less than stock.

Most people would use custom axles but I am thinking I might be happy with 2 stock FJ60 long side inners. Maybe 2 FJ40 long side, need to do the math...

I just saw these on your site, and am glad someone realized the market for just the flange so you can brew your own, or since a yota full-float rear can cost some scratch it's nice to be able to acquire parts as funds are available.

very cool

Bump for a great product.
Question:
Will the addition of this, and the other pieces to convert to a full float rear change the track width of the rear axle? and if so how much? Would it be wise to get a pre-IFS rear to do this conversion to?

thanks

You set the width, these are weld on. You remove the factory flanges and use these...

curious if you found out which long side axle would work the best...
might have to hit my cruiser buddy up for 60 axles before he moves
want to keep it as close to stock IFS rear width as possible...

time to start the annual begging for a certain percentage of the tax refund with the missus

Dan, could you get us some assembly pics? I've seen the bolt on flanges but never a weld on.
Thanks

Looks like Friday we will build a couple of axles for me! Toy 8" front with Hellfire Fabs FJ80 knuckles and a Ford 9" rear with 31 to 30 spline shafts using these and Aisian lockouts. Of course they will be using our Axle Housings...
