These axles may be used in a ABS housing so long as the following two conditions are met:

1) You have disabled your ABS system (these axles are not machined/compatible with the ABS reluctor ring).

2) You have made a sleeve/adapter to run non-ABS rear axle seals, which have a different outer & inner diameter.

Here is an adapter I machined for use in my rear ABS Tacoma axle housing that I am running on my 1981 Hilux:





Now I am able to use our Heavy Duty rear axle EcoSeals with these Tacoma Chromoly axle shafts in my ABS Tacoma rear axle housing
