It depends. Are you actually going to take it into the dirt, so you want better suspension? Or do you want to just lift it to have a sick pre runner, bro?

If you want to use it, you're going to have a hard time finding any kind of long travel front end made for that body style that isn't a one off custom job. Every Toyota pickup kit that I have seen is made for the 84-95 trucks. I don't know if you can swap the newer suspension components on to your chassis, but it would be worth checking into. The rear is going to require better, longer leaf springs (chevy 63s would probably be good to start) with new mounts/shackles. Longer and better shocks will also be needed all the way around.
Then you need to find fiberglass fenders. I think "Slacker" on here makes some and I think Hannemann does too but don't know if any other company does anymore.

Just lifting it to try and look cool, will probably require just about the same amount of work, so I would go for function over form.
