Thanks Terry .. Panels are very "straight" in the first place .. that part is easy . some shims are needed to make the gaps nice and even , but it's fairly easy to do , we'll I guess I should clarify !! .. easy for some people , maybe not every one

Hey Corey, very nice work! I had a look at your other stuff too, you are an artist man. I'm curious about living up in Canada as we get some pretty good winters and weather changes, have you gotten much feedback on how the fiberglass Bonding and metal stands up? Obviously rust is an issue up here in Edmonton, so I'm interested in looking into this.

yep ... 10 years worth . (been using in my shop this long)
I use and recommend 3M panel bonder . #08115 . it has a LIFETIME guarantee , if you do it right , they will honor there guarantee . in 10 years I have only had 2 failures , and they we're both on tailgates . and both from the same " product batch # " 3M had an issue with this batch apparently .
This product is very well used in the areo space industry , automotive industry , water sports industry .. almost every manufacture now uses epoxy

Nice color choice Zack! Red looks great on old Toyotas - makes you stand out even more when you're cruising around! I'm so happy I went with Pin Up Red on mine instead of Sahara Sand

putting Zack's rig back together
I think Zack painted the black on the grill already , but because of his drive , lots of bugs , so I cleaned the carcases off + the argent part was not that nice , so I taped , sanded and painted it

Wow!

After talking with Corey today, I had to see this project!! I had to register and post! I have the Hi-clearance package ready to ship to me! I was excited before, but after seeing these pictures I am flat out blown away how beautiful they are!

You really should include these pictures on your website! I can't believe my eyes! Thank you so much Corey for what you do!! I have wanted your fiberglass for 10 years and could not afford it till recently. I wasn't 100% on the Hi-clearance choice till these pictures. I haven't felt like a kid at christmas for a long time! I already have my paid time off planned for this!
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you!

Zach, you have a killer 4Runner! Thats awesome! I am admittedly jelly!
