Brad has been booked in for about 8 Months , and now the time has come for his build ...

install in FEB. but we're starting on the engine .

torn down and cleaned and polished and going back together .
Valve covers have been wire weeled and coated with a product called "shark hide" should be good for 8 Years they say





blasted



zinc'd



and painted

Tell me more of this shark hide sir. Also those lil red craftsman stools are great aye?
Got me one as a gift over the holidays.

I actually saw it on one of those TV shows on Saturday , and thought I would give it a try .. http://www.sharkhide.com/ . I used it on some pieces "joels build" and on some pieces on my trekker as well .. so far with good results .

all the alum. is blasted , then the shark hide is a coating, like a clear coat , that will protect with out dulling the surface .. just wash the dirt off

Little mopre work on Brads engine ..

got the dipstick tube drilled



Starter check and in need of contacts , so replaced



alt checked and ok



also replaced the water pump and timing belt .

booked for the install today , Brad showed up right on time .
pulled it into the shop , and we got to work



with the old 22re



out it comes





as well as the Tranny and drv shafts

cutting off the old 2.4L mounts



Prepped and ready



and new mounts now welded , zinc'd , and painted

Our line of clutch ...

NEW flywheel



and 300HP rated disc and Preasure plate



and buttoned up the dipstick



now ready to drop it into is new home

buttoned up the exhaust today ..
all NEW front to back , this is included in the "turn key" pricing





flowmaster 40 muffler , with 2.5" pipe
