I've got a similar setup on my Taco; first tune (which wasn't for 6 months after install!) I had a performance shop do it, they did a great job but it cost $900 and an entire day.
Do you have URD's fuel/timing upgrade kit or anything for more fuel besides the methanol?
Using Gadget's guide that comes with the kit makes it fairly straightforward but I'm far from expert. I'm trading for an old laptop this week that should get me back to tuning again, truck needs it bad.
if you want a copy of the tuning guide that comes with the FTC unit, here she be:
http://www.gadgetonline.com/U-Tune.pdf
that should get you going.
you will need a wideband O2 sensor like the LM-1 from Motorsports also to properly tune as well as weld in a sensor bung for the O2 lead from the wideband unit.
let us know if you have issues, plenty of folks on here with blowers to help you out.

i have the truck running pretty good but i want someone that is experienced with the way a vehicle should respond to the changes that have been made. i found a place call corr performance in baton rouge that is familiar with split second software. although they dont like the software they are familiar with it and have tuned several vehicles using them. i will be saving up my pennies for this. 400dollar flat rate charge isnt bad though.
