1996 t100 4x4 work in progress
here is my 96 t100 Got the blazeland long travel kit with fox 2.0 RR coilovers 600lb springs, 50/60 valving. Deaver mini pack is installed now. 2.5 piggyback internal bypass shocks off a Raptor. Its got front and rear lockers 4.88 gears 33x1250x15s manual hubs, 1/4 inch steal reinforced frame and a trussed rear axle with aftermarket driveshaft with a disconnect for being flat towed. (BUT I cut off the front hardware to tow it) The shiny metal stubs sticking out of the bed are for a camper (which i no longer have) and are attached to the frame. Custom 32 gallon tank along with the extra aprox. 25-30 gallon tank not installed.

I'm maxed out with the lift from my torsion bars. You can't get 3 I'm already very close to my upper bump stops. I broke my femur and the build is on hold but ill be getting it going again soon I hope.

Had to hammer my wheel wells and cut the bottom tube of my bumper to fit 33x1250s. If you have the same tires then your maxed also. You can't get more lift out of after market bars than stock bars. The geometry doesn't change. Just the spring rate.

Broke my leg pretty bad last year so this project came to a screeching halt. But I just got the blazeland kit today so I will be updating with pics as the build comes along.

Blazeland complete!
Full extension on bumps.
On lower bump stops
These are before i set my alignment. Tons of travel. right now i have the ride height set even with the back. I might set it a little higher in preparation of figuring out the back end. I got a hold of a set of fox 2.5 internal bypass piggyback shocks off of a ford Raptor. Those plus a Deaver mini pack is my plan for the rear. Will post more pics when i get a chance to test it out!

SOON! deaver mini pack and fox 2.5 piggyback internal bypasses off of a ford raptor. Anyone know about making bed a bed cage? I only need to raise my shock mount about 5 inches and I want to keep as much room as possible.

Thanks! I am using the custom axles Total Chaos made for the t100 for use with the TC kit, also works for Blazeland. $600 later They are a huge pain in the ass to install, they are machined to be a crazy tight fit. Had to freeze them to get them into the CVs.
