Update...

My Dad has the Sequoia now, and is ecstatic about owning it. His truck is being sold tomorrow, to a dealership, for trade in value.

I picked up a '73 240z from a friend, which will be my daily driver for a while. This car needs absolutely nothing, mechanically. It does need paint, and some interior work. I'm excited to have a Datsun Z project, plus the 510 on the back burner.

I'm going to take some time to save up a little more cash, then I'll be shopping for my next Toyota.

Still don't have the 510, or a 4Runner... But, I have been doing some work to the Z. Loving this car!

They do look cool slammed. It's got Suspension Techniques springs already. I can barely get the car in my garage, without scraping, as is. So it won't be going much lower. I plan to add an air dam up front, which should make it look better. The tires are as wide as can be, without rubbing. I don't plan to add flares, so no need for wider wheels.

This car will be autocrossed, so I'm building it to perform well.... It will look good doing it, but won't be show car worthy.

Getting another head with triple side draft webers, and an L28 bottom end. 3.1 stroker, hopefully. The motor is fresh, now, so I have some time to build it's replacement.

For now, I'm putting in a Subaru LSD, and brake upgrades.

You still have this? You enjoying it? Been looking at either another 80 series or this as a new dd.

My Dad is driving it. Never have any issues with the Sequoia. I'd highly recommend one.
