I used this stuff: http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/rust-con.../6000078877261
I hear POR-15 is really good too and am going to try it if this stuff didn't do the trick.

So it's been a while sine I've updated this.
Recent mods have included a lift finally!
Front
-------
ToyTec Eibach 3" springs
Bilstein 5100's (Tundra 5 notch on lowest notch).
1" Diff Drop
1/4" Top plate spacer
Rear
-------
ToyTec Superflex springs (3.75" lift spring)
Bilstein 5100 rear long travel shocks
Extended SS rear brake line
2 OME 10mm trim packers on driver side with cones.
Before I installed the spacers on driverside, I had 3/4" lean. Front top plate spacer helped about 1/2", then I installed the cones and 2 rear trim packers and it's all even now.
I also did the junkyard bumps mod (http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-ge...ump-stops.html) and made 2" spacers to bring them down more, since by themselves they are too short and are really soft.
Flex all around is great, especially in the rear. Only issue I've run into is driveshaft making contact with my gas tank skid. In the middle near a balance weight and at the rear u-joint. Was able to cut and fold back some of the skid plate to make room, then hammer it all back against the gas tank. I still need a tiny bit more clearance at the u-joint but it barely contacts. I tried to get the spacer between the gas tank and the frame out to trim it down but bolt is rusted/stripped now so would have to remove the whole tank to get at it, screw that!
Got 4xinnovation rock sliders welded on now as well which have saved me a few times now.

Thanks barryldst.
Added a flex photo to my last post. I did the tire spin test to check my axle ratios and am pretty sure I have 3.90 or so gears, was hoping for 4.10's because I want to go up to 33's.
I've wanted a rear locker for a while so I'm currently looking into re-gearing and locking the rear (not sure on what kind of locker yet), and getting 33's.

Haven't updated in a while but the CB got tuned and works good.
Got a rear 4.30 elocker third and matching front diff. We modified my housing and I got a factory ECU and switch wired up so it works as if it's from the factory. I get the RR Diff Lock light in my cluster too and it blinks until it's completely engaged, took a while figuring out the wiring and then finding time to do the axle modification but finally got it done and was worth it.
Got to test it out last weekend and it works great.
Now I've been looking into UCAs and have been eyeing the Total Chaos UCAs but they are pricey, especially if I order from the US to Canada right now, our dollar is crap. Probably the best price I found locally is $900 CDN, so it might have to wait.

I'm going up to 33's soon though and wider stance with some backspaced 16's so I can fit the tundra brakes. So I'll probably have to find a good flare option.
