You guys think my frame is bent?

Those underside pics are lying under the truck with my head toward the back of the truck, looking straight up at the passenger side frame rail. It appears to curve in toward the radiator. The body mount looks tweaked and there is a plate welded on the outer side of the frame in the RH wheel well.
The pics don't really do it justice, but see how close the frame rail is to the radiator. The 2nd pic the camera was held a little crooked.

Besides a little slop in the steering the truck drives great.
This truck is in desperate need of fixing, I have 95% of the parts, I just don't want to throw everything on and have big gaps everywhere. I'm tired of driving it around looking like this :

The PO did that by the way, NOT ME.

It's really hard to tell from the first three , but looking at the last one somethings definetaly bent. Take it to a frame shop and have them just pull it to specs.

If it's only cosmetic looks that are off, I would just straighten the metal with slidehammer or chain it to a tree and backup if you want a cheap fix.

EDIT: Someone beat me to the answer

Yup it's tweaked. I think likely at one time it was totalled and still is. The PO likely did it.
I dunno if a frame machine is gonna be able to fix that but who knows.
I'd sell it cheap and walk away from it in in all honesty but that's me.

Don't underestimate the power of Seafoam, synthetic oil and habitual MAF cleanings.

A little update, the frame was not bent that bad and I got everything straightend out and got my parts put on and painted. Everything lines up pretty decent. The truck drives perfectly. Thanks to everyone that helped out. And yes I took off that hideous bumper.
