I have a t-17 and was in the market for a winch. What are ya'll using other then the warn m-series? Should I look no farther then a warn? Thanks

if you have the cash, why not get a warn 9.5xp?

otherwise a M8000 would be perfect. Between these two there is the warn xd9000.
You could also go for the 9.0rc, it's got an aluminum fairlead and synth rope already in there, so you wouldn't have to switch them out. Drawback is that it's only got 50' of rope in there so you'd need an extension.

I've read good things about T-Max winches. That's what I will probably go with when the time comes. (Sorry I don't have actual experience - hopefully soon)
