Will my 96 4runner front bumper fit a 99 front valance?
Or do I have to replace the entire bumper? maybe a little modding? Thanks...

i dont believe it will. Things are wayy different. The whole assembly will interchange with some modding I believe tho.

welcome to yotatech you will need the hole bumper from the 99
