Will my 96 4runner front bumper fit a 99 front valance?

i dont believe it will. Things are wayy different. The whole assembly will interchange with some modding I believe tho.

welcome to yotatech you will need the hole bumper from the 99

Do a search, it's been done a few times, but it's not a direct fit.
