Will 3rd Gen 15" rims fit a 2nd Gen?

Any reason 3rd gen 15" rims would not fit on my 2nd gen 4 Runner? I don't see why not??
Any comments will be appreciated!

thanks,
qdogg

other than possible rubbing due to the wheel offset and width of tire, they should fit, rather will bolt up anywyas
