I have the non-DOT ones too. I got mine at NWOR (I know. That was before I knew what poor customer service they have!) in Bellingham.

Try your local offroad shop. I went to them to get the mounting brackets for my aux. lights, and they got in contact with hella, or their hella distributor no problem. Had the brackets down like 2 days later. Maybe they can do the same for your headlight.
And sorry to see your truck bent outta shape.
