where is the fuel filter 99 4runner

My girlfriend has a 99 3.4 V6 4x4 5speed 4runner that needs the fuel filter changed. where is it? i have done mine before no problem. just wondering were hers is. and if i need to do any special fuel line bleeding or what not?
Input is very much appreciated. thanx

No bleeding required. Remove old filter, install new filter, crank vehicle until it starts (it will take a few seconds longer to start than normal).

Be sure to release pressure by loosening gas cap prior to wrenching...

this is a somewhat old one but.... you dont need to pinch off the gas anywhere.. it seems as gas would leak out...

Some fuel does come out but only the amount in the lines in my experience. I replaced mine recently and cracked the front line bolt until it began to drip. I placed a pan under the filter and left it until it stopped dripping before removing the filter. This seemed to allow the pressure to bleed off slowly and prevented any mess.
