Where is the ECU?

it's a 95 runner. I want to try and reset it. How do I do that? Is there a software I can use to diag the vehicle?

I have software like that for my Audi. Does Toyota have something similar?

reset ecu

i think the ecu should be located behind your glove box.... to reset it just unplugg your battery, pump the brakes a few tiems to discharge the remaining electricity and replug the battery
