Ok.
It really depends on how much you want to lift it. I have Performance Products springs, they say it lifts it 1 inch, but its more like 1.75 inch. If you match those up with the Bilsteins, then it will ride better. Your defination may be different than mine on ride, I thought that the 4Runners ride too soft and I didn't feel like I had control when going around corners. The ride on mine is stiffer than stock. If you are looking for a soft ride, the stock shocks are the softest.
