Where to buy replacement seat covers

I need to replace the front driver's side bottom seat cover as the side of the seat is cracked. Anyone know where I might be able to find one? The interior is Oak and is in a '2000 Runner with leather (cracked part is vinyl).

I really would prefer to not replace the complete seat covers if possible.
