wheel well liners

While changing the oil in my '96 4Runner last night I noticed that my front wheel well liners are missing. I'm talking about the liner that separates the wheel well from the engine bay.

Is there one liner per side, or are they multiple pieces? Does anyone have part numbers or cost? And where's a good place to get them. I know I can go to my local dealer but their markup on parts is pretty crappy.

Some people don't even bother replacing them, others use thick plastic from the hardware store that they cut to fit. You shouldn't need to get real ones from a junkyard though.

I've been running without mine for quite some time now

I kinda recall someone using thick capet runners from like home depot or something and cutting them down to fit.

Yep. That'd be me. Works like a charm, easy on the wallet.

The dealer has them. They're around $.50 each US.
