Wheel Fitment Help

im looking to get a new set of wheels but i cant see to find ones with the right backspacing also going to 265x75x16s for tires and all the wheels i have looked at have ether a 4.5'' or 4.85'' backspacing and the guy at the tire store said they will stick out more than a 1'' and i dont want that as it will look funny and may rub so he said a wheel with 5'' + backspacing will work better ?

idk why but for some reason 5" backspacing seems like a lot because for me it would rub on the a arm and frame. But if you don't like the wheels sticking out that much you could look into bigger fenders.

well they have one that is 16x8 4.25" bs... your tires would stick out about 1/2" to 3/4" more than they do now.

16x8 with a 4.5 inch back spacing fits my 285's with out touching the upper control arm, and the tires only stick out a little, maybe an inch.

i can get pictures for you on friday.

I think the 265/75 would look good. I have pretty much the exact wheels your looking at and the back spacing is 4.5. I'll get a few pics for you tomorrow to show how they look on the truck with 265/75's. The would stick out a i but I don't think they'll look too bad. Pics tmw

which ones now??? 16x8 is 1" wider than stock, so right off the bat that will stick out another 1" ...

I was under impression that stock wheels had a backspacing of between 4.75" and 4.875" so I would say ok to anythign with between a 4.25" and a 4.75" backspacing
