What would this truck be worth to you?

What would this truck be worth to you?
1994 Toyota Reg cab 4x4 22re 5-speed with 99k, no rust..except for a little part starting under the tailgate. It has no a/c and a alpine CD player (just a plain old CD player). Has two sets of wheels and tires...American racing outlaws with brand new Cooper M&S..and stock steel with Brigestone Dueler HT (60% left). The truck also has a cap and has never been beat on.
new parts...
-fuel tank and sending unit on top
-timing chain replaced at 92k
-front calipers and pads
-new radiator
-front, rear, trans case oil just changed
I only thinking of selling due to a baby coming...I need a 4Runner!
I do not have pictures of it..yet.

I just picked up a 1994 with 60k on it (reg cab, 22RE, 5 speed...) with a rusty lower gate and bad rear bumper...exceptionaly clean other than the rear bumper and gate...$4800...he was asking $5850 but I beat him up pretty bad (with Endless Earth, buying rigs is what we do...but I really wanted this one and would have paid more if he'd stuck to his guns....)

I keep thinking of all these "gotta change the timing chain every how-ever-many miles" remarks and now I'm starting to worry. Mine has never been changed....

the engines made before '83 could go decades without ever needing a timing chain, as they had a dual row chain with steel guides. on those, the typical cause of failure would most likely be the chain stretching to the point where it slops around and jumps teeth on the sprockets.
