what are the Torsion bars that performanceproducts.com sells

Are the Sway-A-Way torsion bars, that performanceproducts.com sells, the PowerBarZ that Sway-A-Way makes?
Also, is it 110 for one are for both?

Yes, they are Sway-A-Ways.

They are 25mm Sway-Aways.

Stock with a V-6 is in the 23mm range.

Do yourself a favor and forget them until the moment that you have both a bumper and a winch and even then make sure they are good and heavy. If you don't you may never see your compression bumpstops again.

And even then if you're gonna crank them for a little lift don't bother, the ride will suck. They're pretty good at stock height for street or highspeed, terrible for crawling.

I've got downey 26mm t-bars. only $108, they ride pretty rough but is fun, you bounce all over the place.
