Yeah no lift is needed for 31s, you can fit some 32's w/o too many problems. but the big thing is rub, lift it about an 1.5" and you can get 32's to clear nicely and have a nice agressive stance. Don't get MTs unless you are going to wheel them otherwise there is no reason and you will only wear them out all fast w/o even using the benifits of them. I have the 32x11.50 ATs under a 2.5" lift, it's a beast now. I wouldn't suggest anything larger than 1.5" if you basically want to just look more agressive.
