You've probably lost a little mpg with the 32" tires but your speedo is likely displaying a slower than actual speed and also racking up less miles on your odometer...probably by the ratio of your stock tire diameter to 32" tire diameter.

Check your actual speed/distance with a GPS unit then use those reading to determine your fuel consumption. After correcting for speedometer/odometer error, you're probably not getting quite as bad fuel consumption as you think.

Now to answer your thread title specifically, you need 8.4" gear sets in the back and 7.5" gear sets for the front of your truck. You could go with 4.88 gears with 32's but you'll rev a little high on the highway but notice more power in town. 4.56 gears will help also, they will be a better improvement over your stock 4.10 gears. 4.56 gears are ideal for 31" tires, and your 32's aren't too much bigger.

not all toyota rear diffs are 8 inch, land cruisers aren't 2wd pu's arent

but the gears you need is the taco 8.4 (even though its 8", always known for 8.4), and 7.5 rev rotation for the front.

I'd go with 4.88's, you'll probably wan't 33's down the road, and this will allow you to have some serious grunt on 32's and perfect for 33's. If i didn't find my 4.88 thirds, i would have gone with 5.29's will still end up with 5.29's though. If you ever thought about lockers, this is the time to do it, while you have all your junk out and getting worked on.
