What shocks should I pair with OME medium coils?

Should I use the HD's??

Everyone says that OME coils are fairly "soft" but the shocks are stiff. So will the HD shocks be too much?

also anyone use the Medium coils? how much lift did you get? thanks!

Check out:

I bought the OME HD coils for the rear, with comfort shocks, haven't installed yet, but I'm expecting about 3" based on what everyone has told me. These coils are pretty stiff without any gear in the back, the ride is supposed to be alot better with a bit of load. In the front, OME only makes coil/shock combos that will give about 1.5" of lift, at least for the 3rd gen. runners, so I may have to add a spacer to the combo to get a level lift.

Ah, I think the mediums are supposed to give a great ride, articulation is better than the stiffer coils, but not sure about how much lift you'll get. Could just call ARB, in Seattle their number is 1-888-427-2872. They've been pretty helpful when I've talked to them.
