What mods work w/ the supercharger?
i own a S/C 2001 4Runner. I have the TRD exhaust and an Amsoil Air Filter. I've also done the elbow removal mod. Besides adding Headers, what other mods will work well w/ my setup (ie. ISR mod, deckplate, ECU, Free FMU, etc.)?

Set aside some time and search on supercharger in this forum. I think you will find that the ATF cooler is a requirement and the valve body upgrade is recommended if you have A/T. Take a look at gadget.com when you have a few hours to spend reading. If you ping, cooler plugs and thermostat seem to help. Then you need to start down the fuel modification path.

i've spent a lot of time on Gadget's site. i've also recommended it to a lot of my friends. i was concerned more w/ the ISR mod, Free FMU mod, ECU mod, deckplate mod, etc. i guess what i was thinking was more along the lines of modifications as opposed to upgrades such as the A/T Transmission Cooler, valves, etc...

The "free" fmu is listed in your s/c install manual. Forget the deckplate mod with a s/c unless you have the fuel mods. Just run the stock air box so you don't suffer from fuel starvation. You may also try the ECT mod listed in the tech forum to assist with ping.

Thats the great thing about the deckplate mod, you can just seal it off until you make the fuel mods!

I tried the ISR mod on my 4Runner. My results...
Nothing!! All it did was give me a really high pitched whistle.
Don't waste your time on the ISR if you have the S/C. My $0.02
