Either Performance Parts or Cabela's has the Manik or WAAG front bumper guard for the '03. Should run ~ $226. Do a search on Yahoo! There are numerous 4x4 internet shops that will even provide free shipping.
There is even a rear guard that is similar to the front.

Thats my old 4Runner, I have since traded it to the Stealer!! haha.
Anyway, it is a Waag with the PIAA's. pretty easy install, just bolts right up! I was very happy with the end result, but I would also suggest using a primer or some type of other protectant should you drill holes for the lights. I was starting to get small amounts of rust after only six months or so. Around the bolt holes obviously!
BTW, I took it off before I traded it and have since sold the bar, there is also a sweet one for the back. I'll post pics if I can find 'em!
