What the heck is this?

Probably a very newb question but oddly enough could not find much on it sofar. This fan is on all of the time, just happend these past few days. Took me a few days to figure out what it was even, thought it was my heat at first then I saw this fan. Also, and help on the two wires? They appear to have once been connected but now the male end is very chewed up. Thanks so much in advance.

Its the rear heat fan...there should be a switch at the bottom, rear side of the center console..high,low,off...

Not much under the passenger seat for that connector to go to..maybe seatbelt latch? or connector for passenger side power seat?

Fantastic, that would make sense as I just turned it on a few days ago for the little one. Being that I just bought this thing makes sense why I had no clue. My other truck automatically shuts off rear air when I shut off master control. Thanks!
