you need front and rear. I know quadratec (jeep site, but good deals) has them.
I got mine locally
should cost roughly 600 for parts then labor which ranges from 75-200 a diff.

My grandpa and dad are mechanics so labor will be free well kinda i do stuff to help around my grandpas like chop wood clean the yard and what not... anywhere I can get these diffs for a good price and should I wait to put the gears in for when I do my E locker so I only have to mess with the diff once???

i'd wait for the elocker to do it. I would order parts from east coast gear supply, they have pretty good prices.
you can also order whole diffs and swap out yours for them.
that 75-200 was pulling your diffs and taking them to a shop to install the gears.

with me 35's and 5.29's will put me at around 150rpm above stock on the highway. Which is good because you need more power to turn the 35's.
Call east coast gear supply, and ask for chase. he will set you up on the parts needed. that 75-200 is per diff, i have a guy around me that does it 75 a diff and that's cheap.
You can also get the whole axle and swap it under which is easier that modifying it.

Im assuming the axle swap me and my dad could do compared to just the diff probably not do you think it would be ok to run the 35's without regearing right away or no way because I was going to get them in 2 weeks or so because I cant afford the regearing and elocker right now but if not I guess i might have to go with 33's...

It all depends who you ask (like with anything) 35's are the breaking point for most things CV's. The height you get is nicer on a trail but a good pilot can get similar (not the same) results with 33's. Most overland folks prefer the 33 for size and weight not to mention the extra's they don't always have to carry because of the additional bind 35's put on the driveline. I like a good 33 not 32.8" but well into 33". Make certain you look at manufactures sizes and specs prior to purchase. Just because it says it's a 285 yada yada doesn't mean a thing. I run a 295 Nitto Terra grappler because of the actual size . This is my take on the 35 vs. 33 debate which has been long running. I built my truck to clear 35's but run 33's for additional clearance when loaded.
