What is a fair price to ask for my '97?

I'm thinking about sellling it - still not completely sure. Thinking about an upgrade to an '01 or '02 but have trouble letting this one go. Anyway, I have no idea what's fair to ask. I've checked it on kbb.com, but "good" seems kind of low, plus mine is in what I would think would be considered to be great condition for a 10 year old vehicle. Here is the history:

'97 4Runner SR5 4x4 auto, 152,000 miles - original owner, non smoker, all stock and always has been.
-Desert Dune, cloth oak interior
-wood grain inserts, moonroof, single cd and tape, roof rack, running boards, 16 inch wheels (all of these were factory options).
-265/75/16 BFG KO All Terrains - 6/32nds of tread left, all worn evenly.
-a few minor dents and scratches, no rust - waxed regularly 3-4 times per year.
-Remote starter with keyless entry
-extremely well maintained by me (used to be a mechanic), more recent improvements include timing belt and water pump, belts, hoses, full tune up(done at 100k), new radiator, tstat, fan clutch, rad cap (done at 140k), complete new suspension, springs and all (done at 90k) - replaced with all stock toyota parts, new rear brakes, drums, and wheel cylinders (done at 120k), new front rotors, toyota pads, and calipers (done at 150k), complete new exhaust including catalytic converter (done at 120k), all fluids drained and replaced, (done regularly, most recently at 140k), transmission fluid flushed by AAMCO shop at 150k. Regular oil changes every 3-4k miles (engine burns NO oil whatsoever. Vehicle has had two minor collisions - first one at 8,000 miles - needed new left quarter panel and hood. Second collision with a deer at 120k, needed new right front quarter and hood. No structural damage in either incident, only body and is un-noticeable now - done by a good friend of mine who owns a body shop and is good at what he does. Only other known issue - valve covers look slightly wet around the back where the gasket is - though they are not leaking by any means. Engine compartment is CLEAN otherwise!!

KBB says $7200 in "good" condition and $8000 in "excellent" condition. Any thoughts as to what I should ask for and accept? Thanks!

I would ask 7k-7500 range depending on where you are at and if it has a good title. Here 4runners sell asap in KY when they go up for sale at a fair price. You might want to call court house or bank to get loan value just to know what buyer will need if they want to finance it.
Good luck

Have you sorted out your coolant and hose issues yet? Was it a head gasket?

Yeah - sorted out, haha - turned out to be a weak hose clamp!!! No head gasket issues. Was pleasantly surprised to find all cylinders to hold 83% and higher when I did the leakdown test! Just another reason why I'm not sure I want to sell it!

I don't have any recent pics and it's filthy dirty right now with the cold and snowy weather we're getting. I'll take a few next time I wash it - hopefully in a few days.
