what does this mean

does any one know what this means ?

"Most Current 3.0L V-6 engines that are Non-VVT-i only"

and does this apply to my 1992 4runner?

VVT = Variable Valve Timing. I'm not sure how to know if you have that or not, but I'm sure someone else will have the answer for you!

You don't have VVT. Your engine probably doesn't count as "current," either. What engine part is this for? Toyota has several 3.0, some are VVT, some are not.

That's for the 1mz-fe which is also a 3.0.
