Weird problem with 01 4Runner......

I just got my 01 4Runner and whenever I start the car the A/C is on and the fan is on full blast. I can turn it all off but when i restart it... the same thing!

Anyone have this issue??

Do you have the automatic air conditioning ? If so if its set on AUTO it will come on full blast assuming you have the temperature set below what it is outside.
