warranty question

I just bought a 2000 4 Runner, Highlander model. I was curious what I should have checked out while it is under the 5 /60,000 warranty?
It currenty has 52,000 and still has 2 years left of the 5 years. I had it checked out before I bought it, and they saw nothing wrong. But I wanted to have it checked thoroughly before the warranty runs out. Is there anything in particular I should watch for?

Thanks,
Ryan

Thanks for the reply.

Would the water pump be considered part of the 5 year / 60,000 drivetrain warranty?

Yes it would fall under warranty. And just to add my .02, my water pump was found to be leaking on my '98, so its a problem point.

Check the transfer case output shaft seal too. Mine was leaking at one point on my '98, fixed 2x under warranty.
