It should definately have a light for oil pressure, not sure about water temp though.
Even if there is no light for the oil pressure then you could just look at your gauge and see where its at.

My '91 SR5 had no warning lights for oil pressure, or water temp. Watch the guages, any problems should be apparent if you keep your eye on them. Also, my oil pressure guage was always on the low side, so yours might do the same thing. I always checked my oil at least once a week just in case since the truck WAS 12 years old and did burn a little.
