Vibrating front end, replaced rotor's still doing it.

Vibrating front end, replaced rotor's still doing it.
My front end is vibrating when applying the brakes. I replaced the front rotors and just had my tires rebalanced and aligned less then a month ago. What other problems would make this problem occur besides the rotors. Tires are also new.. I believe I ruined one tire for not grabbing this in time. I would like to figure out the problem before I destroy anymore tires.

i have a bad wheel bearing in my front axle and when i hit the brakes it virbates, sometimes bad and not bad like just feathering the tires, sometimes the truck feels like its going to shake itself apart, it shakes so bad
