URD fuel kit finally installed...
Just got the URD fuel upgrade kit installed last week and I must say I am very impressed...!!--Was able to get an addtional 41 rwhp--Truck is running flawless--Originally I had some doubts installing this kit after reading many post regarding the fuel upgrade for the TRD superchargers...but everything turned out great...Like to thank DYNOSPOT Racing here, in San Jose, CA for an excellent install & tuning (Highly recommended) and Bay Runner for very helpful hands on information & advice...

When I first dynoed my truck without the fuel mods it was only at 179 RWHP now its at 215 to 221 RWHP range... My truck is an Automatic probably get higher readings if it were a 5 spd...

Do you happen to remember if the deckplate was in or out? What about this pass when you ran with the URD kit?
179 RWHP would be about 238ish at the crank (given an auto). I think the 3.4L is rated stock at 183 crank, so the S/C, headers & cat-back bought you 55hp. If my math is right, it seems like you should be getting more...

Dyno run before fuel mod with deck plate in (close)--Only did one run cuz the Dyno technician said it was running too lean and was dangerous to do any more further runs...I know I should have gotten more HP but that was the results of the first and only run... With the fuel mod installed deck plate was out (open) and results were much better-- truck actually ran smoother...did 3-5 runs on the dyno with increase HP with each run probably could get more with more fine tunning-- but I was satisfied with the outcome...and left it at that...for now...

Cool. Yeah, when I ran on a dyno, I got shut down for "too lean" as well. That was just from a piggy-back fuel controller that I run.
Anyway... 220rw is appx 293 crank, or a 110hp increase. I'd be happy with that as well.
