Has anyone had trouble getting the USB to serial adapter to connect with the URD ECU ..I cant get mine to work and URD says that this is pretty common..I have to use my work laptop that has a serial port to do any tunning..

I installed it with the drivers and all looks well untill I try to connect..Any one get it to work..

I would love to hear about it..

What brand is the serial to usb adapter? I've had great luck with Belkin's adapter: http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-SERIAL-.../dp/B00009L7MI

They are getting much harder to find though, and I don't see it listed on their website any longer.

Also, you may want to uninstall the drivers and then reinstall. Be sure to install the drivers before plugging in the adapter as well. What Operating System are you running?

I am not sure what brand it is as it was included in the kit from URD..

Ill try uninstalling and reinstalling and see how it works..

I am running XP Home for my operating system..
