anyone know if it comes with the the parts? im going to use the horn button to activate the relay for these so i will not need a switch. iv read the tech section on the install, anything else anyone whats to tell me about to make this go nice and easy?

I replaced the twin "meep-meep/not a honk" horns on my 2000 4Runner with a pair of Fiam Highway Blasters, which shouldn't be any different than your install. I simply removed the 2 stock horns, cut the Toyota connectors off, crimped on lugs that came with the horns (actually, I substituted my own lugs to get a better fit with the small Toyota wire diameter) and used the mounting hardware supplied with the horns. I had to do a little bending of the bracket for the horn on the passenger side so it would clear some other hardware, but it was pretty simple. There was nothing else to replace or install. The stock relay and all were fine.
Good luck!
