Tundra/FJ80 lift installed...pics
I finally got my lift last week and just installed it this weekend. I went with the TRD Tundra front coils, FJ80 coils for the rear with Bilstien 5125's for shocks, the fronts have adjustable ride height. The install was straight forward but the front coils were tough to compress enough to fit on the shocks. It took us about 8+ hours with some custom fabrication, I made some custom adjustable rear sway bar end links and a track bar drop bracket. The front ended up with 3" lift and the rear sits at 4.5", I think it will settle a bit. Future plans include a custom front and rear bumpers, sliders and a T3/T4 custom turbo kit, I hope to have it all done this summer or fall. 285/75/16 Trxus MT's will be the tire of choice. There are 265/70/16's on there right now.
The ride is awsome, just a bit firmer than stock, but still pretty soft. I cant wait to try it on the trail.
Here are some pics:

because_i_can--Glad to see you here on the forums. I bought one of your original Supra downpipes way back in the day. Sadly I sold the Supra a year ago (now owned by fletch124) but really look forward to seeing what you can do with the 3.4. I still have a MKIII Supra CT26 turbocharger, intercooler, wideband and a host of other performance parts sitting at home hoping that someone builds a CT26-based set of exhaust manifolds for the 3.4.
Anyways, not sure if you remember my username or not, it was the same on supraforums.
And while we're at it, you should be very happy with your lift. I did the System 7.1 about a little over a year ago and I am very pleased with it. It has done its share of rockcrawling and flying through the desert without any disappointments.

Looking nice! When do you plan on upgrading your tires? Are you going to keep your factory wheels?
Glad to hear the install went smoothly, I should be getting my system 1.2 from UPS tomorrow! Did you have to disconnect the brake lines and bleed them back?
Congrats again.
kit.

Yup I remember your user name. The turbo kit will not be using the ct26.....for all the time and effort that it will take to build, I want to use a turbo that will last at 300+ hp, most likely a 50 or 57 trim t3/t4. I want a setup that spools up quick (like 2000 rpm).

Nice job...lookin GOOD! But by the looks of the front install, you might want to spin around that bottom bolt so it points toward the front of the truck. That way you don't have to worry about it pokin into the cv boot....my $.02 worth
