Tundra brakes & SS brake lines on my 4Runner
I finally got around doing this upgrade... I installed 2005 Tundra calipers (231mm) along with Brembo Sport rotors, Goodridge SS brake lines and Hawk HPS pads. Everything was pretty smooth, except for removing the old OEM brake lines. You gotta be careful you don't mess up the nut that holds the hard line to the brake line. Other than that, it was ok. I definetely recommend this upgrade.
Now... what do I do with those drums??

Here's the complete set up: Painted calipers, Brembo Rotors and brake lines.
I didn't have to modify my wheel since I'm running 17" inch AR wheels.
Off topic... Is there a way to post more than 3 pics at a time??

Nice. Looks good. I'm sure it stops better too.

Off topic: Use Photobucket.com for picture hosting. Once you've uploaded your pictures to that site, simply copy the "IMG" link below the picture and you can post as many pictures as you want in one post. I was wondering why there were so many post to begin with.

There is tons of information not just here on YT, but on the internet too about how to undercoat a vehicle to prevent rust from forming/spreading and what products to use. Check out "POR-15". This is a popular name in the undercoating business. Granted, por is a pain to apply, but if done properly, it will last forever. For the "quick-n-easy" fix, check your local autopart stores. They stock spray cans full of many different varieties of undercoating.
I've used both products as mentioned above on the underside of my 4Runner and truthfully, the spray cans are much easier to apply and touch up when needed.
Trust me, I've see a lot of vehicles that were so rusted underneath, they would make yours look spotless in comparison. Mine being one. I bought it in NY and the entire underside was covered in rust. I spent an entire day and used a cordless drill w/ a metal brush bit and sanded the undercarriage completely down and then undercoated it. Looks a 1000 times better...and it has stopped the spread of surface rust.
You can even go to some Toy dealers and they will undercoat your vehicle for you. (Granted they will charge you and it will be done crappy, but it's also an option. I looked into it before doing it myself.)
Just trying to show you there are tons of products out there to prevent the formation and/or spreading of surface rust on the underside of your vehicle.
Now if you have spots underneath that rust has completely eaten through, then that's a different story...can't help you there. But if you simply want to keep the surface rust from spreading, the steps I've listed above will guide you along the way. Like I said, there is tons of info on this stuff out there, you just have to Search for it.

What flex lines do you use to hook up the 13WL's???
The stock 4Runner line wont fit.
Tundra flex line?
