Trouble Removing Steering Rack

I have two problems, any help would be awesome. My first problem is the unpressurized line to the rack. I cannot get it off. I've tried line wrenches, regular wrenched, I've even tried the locking pliers (I thought I'd just replace the fitting once I got it out). Any suggestions?

And I was also wondering what other bolts/nuts I need to take out. I know... I know... I need an FSM. Please take a look and tell me what to hit up next.

Thanks. -Nels

So... as it looks to me, I've removed the one bolt that would allow my rack to drop (the one towards the bottom of the picture. Eh?

It only looks like you've got one of the B bolt out, not A

I'd just cut the de-pressurized line. You can just run 3/8" transmission hose back to the pump.

Ya thats what I thought, put 6" fabtech lift in I'm starting to think the pressure extention line that they gave me might have a kink in it. Blown three pumps so now I'm replacing the pump lines and rack, just don't want to put it all in and have the same problem. By blowinhg the pumps, I mean to say, I finished lift install fired up tried to bleed pump blew, replaced fired up blew again, same with the 3rd. I can't even get started on wheel turning. Figure either line is kinked or the rack is done.
