transmission sound

Hi everybody, I am new here but not for Toyota's. I just traded my 99 Taco for a 02 4runner. This is my first automatic and is making a weird noise. It sounds like a chugging sound but only does it in drive and reverse, and only when the truck is stopped. It will go away once I start driving it. I have 68000 miles on it.
