Transmission Dipstick

Does anyone here have a problem with their 3rd Gen 4Runner transmission dipstick? Everytime I check the level on mine and put it back in the danged dipstick has to be forced all the way down in there. I've turned it everyway possible but it still wont slide down easily. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thats been my experience with every trans dipstick I've ever touched. Remeber, usually that thing has to wind its way back to the tranny under the body, so there are some corners in there. I don't think its anything out of the norm.

Yeah I figured it might be normal. On the newer GM suv's and trucks we don't have any problems when we check them. I was just wondering if it was normal for mine to be that way, thanks!
