Trailer wireing Help

Okay I got the factory Trailer wireing on my 96 and one of the connectors is not putting out the right voltage (0V to be exact on the Tail pin when the lights are on others work fine) and I was wondering were this harness plugged into the rear of the runner at I crawled under there but seems its a pain to trace it runs under the spare and I didn't feel like dropping that this weekend with all the rain and all, So any help on pin pointing were the harness plugs in at so I can test it there would be appreciated

Don't know if this will help, but I put an aftermarket trailer wiring harness in my '98, and had to pull out the tail lights to hook up the new wiring harness. Don't know if the factory harness hooks up in the same place, but its somewhere to start...
