Towing question

'93 3.0 4x4.

Do you think my truck would be able to pull a U-Haul trailer with a '69 Chevelle?

It would be from Sacramento to Phoenix...mostly flat except for a killer hill outside Palm Springs (not too steep, just a very hot area).

Thanks.

i dont think your truck is strong enough to pull a vehicle that size on a trailer..... the combo of car and trailer will easily outweigh your truck and that is just bad....

Uhaul won't rent you a trailer to pull a car with a 4runner.

or an explorer or just about any suv... the point is they are too small for the most part to safely handle something on a trailer... that traielr is at least 2000# on its own....

here is the deal.. i went to get a trailer after i rolled my explorer... well they said the explroer was too big for their trailer.... however i told them it fit in their weight limit, and had to tell them waht was towing it befroe they let me rent the trailer... good thing my buddy has a huge truck...2000 dodge ram, 3500 quadcab dually 4x4 with 4.10 gears, a 6 speed turbodiesel cummins and the factory "highboy" type suspension... it even has an overload leaf pack... a total of like 12 leaves
