Torque specs for head bolts and others ASAP

Just finished putting in a new head gasket, started puttingthings back together and realized someone has walked off with my manual. In any event if anyone has a manual/link with the torque specs for headbolts, cam bolts, adn an image of the timing setup it would be GREATLY appreciated.
I can only get so many free rides to work
Thanks

We really need to know what year and what motor we are talking about. Then I'm sure someone will chime in.

Headbolts: 58 ft/lbs
Cam sprocket bolt: 58 ft/lbs
Cam bearing cap bolts: 14 ft/lbs

There's a tightening sequence that needs to be used. It also says to tighten the headbolts in four equal steps of torque.

Good Luck
